Trauma doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It means you adapted—brilliantly.
And now, you’re ready for something more.
Trauma can leave us feeling fragmented, disconnected, or stuck in patterns we don’t fully understand. Maybe your nervous system feels like it’s on high alert—or totally collapsed. You might find yourself struggling to feel safe, present, or even real.
In our work together, we’ll gently start to notice how trauma shows up in your body, thoughts, and relationships—not to analyze it or fix you, but to bring compassion and curiosity to what’s been trying to protect you all along.
Using a combination of somatic therapy, parts work (IFS), and attuned presence, we’ll move slowly and safely, reconnecting with the parts of you that have had to go quiet or hold too much.
Healing from trauma isn’t about erasing the past. It’s about reclaiming your sense of safety, aliveness, and belonging in the present.
