Hi, I’m Michele
I’m a therapist, a human, and someone who believes in the possibility of deep transformation. I’ve experienced the disconnection that comes from trauma, and the slow, steady return to myself that healing can bring.
That’s what led me here—to offer a kind of support that reaches beyond words. My work is rooted not just in conversation, but in embodiment. Together, we’ll listen closely to what your nervous system is telling us—and to what it needs.
I believe transformation happens when you feel genuinely seen, when your truth is honored, and when your body feels like a safe place to land.
What brought me to this work
My own journey includes times of feeling lost, overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns I couldn’t make sense of. I understand the ache of wanting to feel better and not knowing how to begin.
That’s why I offer a space where you don’t have to put on a face or leave parts of yourself at the door. You can bring your whole self—just as you are.
Together, we’ll make sense of what you’ve been carrying, connect more deeply with the present moment, and begin to create room for groundedness, clarity, and self-trust.
What working with me is like
My style is grounded, collaborative, and attuned. I won’t sit in silence while you wonder what I’m thinking, and I won’t flood you with clinical jargon that pulls you out of your experience
I believe healing unfolds in relationship—in the space where presence, curiosity, and mutual respect meet. My work is trauma-informed and always guided by a deep trust in your inner wisdom.
You’ll set the pace. You’re in the driver’s seat—always.
We’ll go at a rhythm that works for you, gently exploring what’s coming up. Whether we’re unpacking anxious thoughts, navigating internal parts, or processing trauma, I’ll be right there with you—supportive, present, and real. Healing is rarely linear, but we’ll find your path together.
A bit about my background
I bring a flexible, personalized approach to therapy—because no two people are the same, and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing.
I have training in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Hakomi and IFS (parts work). These body-based methods are especially helpful for working through trauma that lingers in the nervous system.
In our sessions, we won’t just talk. I’ll help you tune into the quiet intelligence of your body—the signals it’s always sending—and guide you in learning how to listen to and care for yourself in new ways.
You don’t need to figure it all out alone. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or feeling stuck in cycles you’re ready to shift, my aim is to help you feel more rooted, more present, and more connected to your own sense of safety, strength, and possibility.
If something here resonates, I’d be honored to connect.
