When your mind won’t stop spinning,
let’s slow down and listen.
Anxiety can show up as constant overthinking, looping thoughts, chronic tension, or an unrelenting inner critic. You may feel like you can’t relax, no matter how hard you try. Or like you’re living in your head, far away from any real sense of calm or connection.
I work with clients who are tired of managing anxiety through sheer willpower. Instead of trying to shut it down, we’ll get curious about what your anxiety is protecting, what it’s pointing to, and what might be possible beyond it.
Together, we’ll cultivate tools for grounding and nervous system regulation while also exploring the deeper patterns underneath. Our work will include tuning into your body, processing your emotions, and connecting with the parts of you that may be stuck in patterns of overthinking, hypervigilance, or perfectionism.
You don’t have to “think” your way out. Relief can begin when you let yourself feel, slow down, and be supported.
